Actually there may be something else going on. I cannot re-register a player after the 6 game DL and there appears to be no reason. I even got an email saying I could re-register… but the checkbox is simply unchecked. I'll attach a screenshot to show there are no extenuating reasons. 

I suspect this is because the date is past the point where players are generally allowed to register.. and this erroneously also applies to the DL.
