I can't seem to get the facepack to work with FM13. I downloaded the Megapack 5.0 and extracted the zip file according to the instructions.

Now My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2013/Graphics folder has a folder called Megapack 5.0 with all the images and .conf file.

I reloaded the skin cache in FM13 (its located in the Interface settings, there is no Display/Sound settings in FM13).

But nothing happens. Also, I downloaded the updated pack, and for some reason it's called "sortitoutsi megapack 4.13 changes". I thought it was an update to the 5.0 pack? Where do I extract this zip file? It has two folders called \var and sortitoutsi in it.
