No just for Portuguese club names. Competition, city and award names should be changeable with lnc files during a save game

Now that you've started a save-game, you can't change the Portuguese club names, I'm afraid You could have changed them through lnc files if they were from any other nation, but there is a hard-coded licensing issue which can only be changed through editor data files..

Ah to bad. Already in 2020.
Does this als counts for a lot of competition names?

I did. But i already started a save game. If i look for a hashtag (#) before a line of SL Benfica, there is none to remove.
So how can i change this clubname in my savegame?
