Until something else is suggested we will use the logo of Yugoslavia national federation.

Depends on what period this league covers in DB. If it's only before 1991, then probably federation logo should be right. For later years you can use logo of Serbia and Montenegro league (as it doesn't have a separate ID).

I noticed that several club logos (both normal and small sizes) have .PNG extension instead of .png and are not recognized by the game:
