Yes, New badge for Bordeaux ladt year. it was not appreciated by the supporters of the club and the new owner therefore decided to revert to the previous logo, hence its presence in the logopack.  it is therefore not a mistake.

For first question, logo of Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih is on the logopack for extinct club (ID 1889) and for new club (Main club 2000028043 and 2 team 2000036688) with the new 2020 logo. This 2 new logo added on TCM22 Logopack.

Second question : You can add logo for you and you can also make a request on TCM Website (https://www.tcmlogos.com/requetes-request/) for the next update pack. -180x180 px (normal) and 18x25px (small) are Standard size.
For "normal", I put at 200x200px compared to the TCM style (notably adds an outline).
For "small", they are at 20x20px for consistency in the display of rankings for example. Depending on whether the logo is tall or wide, the logos may not line up. So it's a size that was decided from the start and that works very well.

Indeed, it is the configuration file of the base folder that is used. For "normal" the game will choose either the normal logo or the HD logo depending on the definition of your screen. For the small it's the same, and since the @ 2x small folder is in the small folder, this is where the game will look. Anyway, just copy / paste the "graphics" folder into "FM22" 😛

So indeed there is a need for "HD" logos for the display to be correct (and not pixelated). All the small logos are available in "HD" but only a part of the "normal" logos which are made as and when.

The installation is done identically to the main megapack ("graphics" folder to paste in “Football Manager 2022”). You will therefore find the @ 2x files in each country to cut them normal and small.

Logo already received in requests (via the appropriate section of the site) and taken into account for the next update.

Hi. So indeed, this is strange.
Because the logo appears everywhere else concerning the U23 team except on the player's profile (and again it appears in the player's profile, it just lacks the logo at the top).
These teams take the logo of the first team, but by adding the logo with the ID of Juventus U23, the problem is solved.

So it will be added in the next update.
If you want to correct by yourself while waiting, copy / paste the Juventus logo (ID: 1139) and rename it to 43457016.
Do this for normal and small.
Then modify the 2 configuration files accordingly (copy paste a line at random and replace the 2 numbers by the one given just before).

So if it does it with several logo packs, it is already because it does not come from the logos (I see the DVX pack on the screenshot so you must have tried several).
Unfortunately, I don't have a solution for you. For TCMLogos, there is no folder to create, only paste the "graphics" folder present in the download pack to the "Football Manager 2022" location.
I hope you will find the solution and do not hesitate to come back and give the solution.
Maybe try to put the base skin if you are using a community skin.

Please follow the installation instructions for the logos, no reason it doesn't work.
For the kits, the TCMLogos cannot be responsible for the fact that it does not appear.

Nobody has this problem, so it comes from your installation.

No small logo for Federations.

With each new edition of the game, competitions and clubs disappear from the database. Between FM21 and FM22, more than 300 clubs with a TCM logo have disappeared (probably more with those without logos). So every year I remove them from the new pack and the configuration files are updated.

If I released just one update, there would be well over 67,000 logos, but also a much heavier pack (for newcomers). This is why the only updates offered are on the same edition.

Concerning this Cypriot club, the update of the logo is already taken into account like three other clubs of this nation.

If becoming a contributor (https://www.tcmlogos.com/tcm-contributor/) isn't possible (it still requires patience to do in-depth searches for logos), a "requests" section also exists to provide or indicate that there is a new logos to update or a logo missing from the pack. I advise you to wait for the release of the TCM22 Logopack before making these requests, they are probably already taken into account (example with this Cypriot club).

With each new game, it's a new pack. This makes it possible to start again each time on a clean basis (for example, there are more than 300 clubs (with TCM21 logos) which have been deleted from the FM22 database, so no reason to keep them).

So you will have to remember to remove all the logos before installing the new pack (this will be listed on the download page).

Indeed, these logos are not up to date (the available pack dates from the release of FM21 a year ago and the last update of March).
All the clubs mentioned are already taken into account for the next release of TCM22 scheduled for November 9 (like 132 Dutch clubs).
