What's the -1 bit for? That's what'll be causing the problem, the skin folder name has to match the name of the config file immediately inside.

You've definitely not accidentally put the folder in a subfolder of your skins folder?

If you mean background pics, they don't work (yet)

Have you just played FMC or a challenge? The game remembers what you did last and only shows skins for that mode on the start screen
