I've downloaded facepack 5.0 and 5.01, extracted all .png files and config.xml to C:\Users\Steven\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2013\graphics\faces\

Did exactly what have been instructed: tick reload skin and un-tick the one above reload skin

I got some faces like Buttner, Jack Butland. But most players have no faces at all. Please help me.
