What exactly works only with the editor file as we cant delete db files in gamepass?

Any suggestions how to do it on gamepass? I can access to windowsapp folder and to the files, but it wont allow me to delete them.

I am wondering if I start with custome date in may for example, will the game simulate players progress for all the season? Or the stats will be the same like in the beginning?

What is the latest date I need to date to have youth intake? Or it will not happen if using custome date from here?
Tried 6th march, but youth didint come on 7th, or it is on other date?
