On your account, I can see that you have an active subscription to the enhanced Data Update - which started on 3rd September 2025. I just want to confirm - do you believe you have made a separate, second payment for the Premium Membership product since that date?

Oh no, I thought i was paying for everything in one go with the membership - didn't realise I had to pay twice. My bad, thanks for the reply.

I've payed for premium, money has been taken from my account and cleared, yet It's not showing that on my account. Please can someone look into this?
