I've Changed Most Of My Backroom Staff And I Doing A Lot Of Team Meetings Before Big Games Is A Good Thing, It Is The Best Achievement I've Done And As My Overall Record Says I've Only Lost 17 Games Out Of 131, Don't Think Anyone Would Have Thought With The Players I've Bought And Mainly Sold I.E Rooney Would Have Thought I Would Do What I've Done.
