Yeah you are right. I deleted the config file so a create a new and now everything is fine!!

I extracted the file Facepacks Cut-Out Megapack v5.0 with the name Megapack 5.0 to the file
C:\Users\username\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\graphics\ but unfortunately the faces don't appear into the game!!
I must said that in the preferences field i ticked the option 'Always Reload Skin on Confirm'

I would like to ask if megapack 5.01 will work on fm 12 properly.
