I'm trying to start a save with 13 A-League clubs and 19 Championship clubs and remove the delay for promotion/relegation. I've got the right min/max clubs values set in advance rules under Australia, but it keeps telling me to eat shit. “Can't find rules for competition with 13 clubs”.

This is awesome. Having tried to fiddle around with the editor myself, I can't even imagine what a pain in the arse this was to put together. Huge thanks to James Wray and adj1980.
 

I'm trying to make some little changes for my own amusement, but I can't get the rules to verify. Would be glad for any assistance..
