Hey,
I am currently using your schedules and they look great despite being so much - like the variety available!

But I cant help but notice that around ⅓ of my players (most substitutes) keep having a bad training quote (most of the times 5,90). Might you have an idea why that's the case? For more context I am currently playing an 433 and my individual training is focused on the specific positions of my formation because some of my players are not trained as e.g. a false nine, which is needed or as a wide 8.
