It is a HP chromebook and I downloaded steam as normal as I would do to the laptop but cannot find the steam files or sports interactive files anywhere. Downloaded the update from the site but unable to copy and paste files into the correct place once I have extracted the files.

How do I access files on a HP chromebook? I have recently downloaded the FM24 update with new squads etc but cannot find the files anywhere. There are no really recent updates on steam either which worked last time?
