I am not totally sure but it may be due to the fact Pedro's personality type is "resolute" where as Seguin's personality type is fairly determined which is higher than Pedro's so the tutoring wouldn't work!

Pre season was busy and not the best a good win over Roma in there but the other games could have gone better!

A decent start! 2 draws and a win in the league and a good couple of wins in the Europa League! Both the draws could have turned into wins as against Swansea we were 2-0 up at half time through an Ashley Williams own goal after a corner and Eriksen scoring with a good finish from close range but Pablo Hernandez pulled one back and Bony equalized in the end we were lucky to draw.

We hammered Austrian team FC Pasching 5-1 away from home in the Europa League! Danny Rose scoring, and Harry Kane getting 2 one of them a screamer! Fortounis scored on debut! But they got a penalty to make it 4-1 but Townsend scored a good goal to finish it off for us!

The Fulham was disappointing very even but we should have come away with 3 points when Townsend headed in a Kyle Walker cross on 39 minutes

but Lloris made a great save to deny Parker in added time Hangeland got up above everybody else to score from the resulting corner

which was really disappointing.

The 2nd leg in the Europa League was a poor game but we won it! Lamela giving us an early lead off a Rose cross! They equalized just before half time but Soldado secured a 7-2 aggregate win with a good finish inside the near post!

The final game was a home game against Aston Villa and we kept our first clean sheet

Soldado had us 2-0 up before half time a close range finish from a Walker cross and a penalty after Paulinho was brought down in the 2nd half Lamela made the game safe off another Walker cross

Sitting in 6th place around where we should be and undefeated!

My Europa League group is a good draw and we should comfortably get through! As winners too I hope!

An ok capital one cup draw! Could have been worse but it could have been a whole lot better.

Eriksen picks up 3rd place in the first Young player of the month award!

I will start with the outs.. There are more but it's just youngsters being released! I let Dawson go as I don't rate him that highly and I thought I had better, Obika and Fryers were just not quite ever going to be good enough for the first team, Naughton has now been recalled as my back up right back, Gomes was released as we didn't need 3 goalkeepers and he was on 50k a week, Adebayor freed up some wage space and we got some decent money for him shame we went to a rival though, We had a lot of centre mids so I let Sigurosson go as we got nearly £7 million for him which was good for him, Freidel left as I got Wiese on a free who is younger and on much cheaper wages! Lennon left as my tactic doesn't use wingers and I have never really rated him, The final big one was Sandro he asked to leave right at the start of the transfer window but I didn't get a decent offer until deadline day which I decided to accept!

Marcel Schmelzer was my first signing he offers competition for Rose at left back and he was very cheap!

Bruno was signed as we needed another centre mid as I thought Sandro was going to leave so he is signed as a cheaper replacement for Sandro

I think Howdes is my best signing he cost a bit nearly £13 million but his value has already gone up! He ha very good defensive attributes and he has started well!

I saw Tim Wiese available on a free and on cheap wages so I couldn't not sign as he on cheaper wages than Gomes and Freidel, he has played the 2 legs of the Europa League so far!

I wasn't sure about this signing but he is only young and has decent stats and a few caps for Greece! Fairly cheap too He has already scored in the first leg of the Europa League too!

My final signing was Mame Diouf he hasen't played for us yet as he joined late on in the window and is currently injured he only signed as we were desperately short up front and he should provide us cover up front at least until January!

Another thing to say was due to the Sandro deal going through on deadline day I desperately tried to sign a striker, that striker was Jackson Martinez we had £17 million deal accepted for him but he needed a work permit and that didn't go through in time and the transfer was cancelled

So then I decided to sign Jordan Rhodes he won't join until January as he was not signed in time, but he should score quite a few goals! What you may be shocked about is the transfer fee as I have spent the majority of the Sandro money on him! But I think he is better than Sandro and I really rate him obviously ha ha Blackburn were saying £26 million at one point so a decent deal in the end and despite tapping him up he wouldn't say he wanted to leave Blackburn which is a good sign for real life!

I had a crash dump and somehow they have taken me back to before the confederations cup so I have lost loads

I don't have the motivation to play it all again so this ends here. I am gutted about this

and I wish this hadn't of happened

I will be back with a new career soon.

Much better! First half was very very poor and I thought we were going to be heading out when they went ahead with a header off a corner, But soon after we got a penalty which 36 year old Perez scored! Nothing happened before half time though so I changed to a more attacking formation at half time and we were much better! Morales scoring a stunning goal and we have won

Guatemala also beat Canada so a draw in our final game will take us through as would also go through in 3rd with 4 points

Well the Gold Cup has started extremely poorly our B squad just didn't look good enough

we still had the better of the chances and we were the better team but we didn't create alot we had a goal disallowed for offside 2 minutes before they scored there winner off a free kick

as you can see on the stats we still should have won but that's football, we now need to beat Canada and Cuba to get through!
