Great spell mate! Well done on getting out the group Bayern is a very tough test though

Farley had an amazing second month 4 in one game! Good too see young Matheson scoring! Celtic just one loss can't compete with that.

Well another very good month! Another FA cup 1st round exit is disappointing especially when we should have won! Also lost our unbeaten run but 5 wins is very pleasing

We actually played quite well against Sutton United but they scored a wonder strike and we missed chance after chance Howard missing the best of them

Next up we beat Bradford 3-1 it was a great response a good finish into the roof of the net by Madden put us 1-0 up and Rose scored a very good goal from the edge for his 1st goal of the season! They then got one back good work by Folan found N'Guessan to score. But on 88 minutes we made it safe another good Madden finish!

Next up we played struggling Bolton who had a number of young or not really good enough players out and I played quite a weak team too but we played really well Lopez giving us the lead after really poor defending and a stupid tackle by Pearson brought Della - Verde down and as neither Madden or Howard were playing O'keefe stepped up to score! And Della - Verde was played through to score early in the second half to secure 3 points!

Then we were in JPT action and we beat Notts County 2-0 they played poorly and we eased to win, Howard scoring again after good work by McDermott and Rose scored a fantastic finish across the keeper on the volley!

Away at Chesterfield was next one of the teams promoted with us! We dominated but Lee in goal for them had a great game up until the 88th minute when he made an awful mistake by dropping the ball and Hemmings tackled him so it fell for McDermott who tapped into an empty net! To give us an important win

We didn't play too well away at Birmingham but that is partly my fault as I rested a number of key players for the Crawley game and also Birmingham have won 8 and drawn 1 out of 9 home games they were 2 ahead quite early on poor defending and Sutton scored 2 with good finishes one Williams could have saved. Hemmings did get us back in the game right on half time a good ball in by Dawson was finished well on the volley from close range. And when pushing forward late on Chris Lester slotted in.

But my resting of players did help in some way because we won a big game against Crawley and it was almost all over inside 10 minutes Mirfin scoring at the 3rd attempt when they cleared his first two after just 5 minutes and Madden produced a great finish when one on one! Sinclair skied one miles over when he had an open net other than that we really did well!

He was on 2k a week and was back up left back and at the age of 36 he wasn't worth it even as player coach so he has gone and I got a new cheap! coach

Didn't go down to Watford but from what I heard it was a great game and in the end we will take a point with a 93rd minute equaliser if we could actually defend we would have won comfortably

also scored 3 goals without rhodes scoring must be a first!

Another unbeaten month

although a few draws overall I was happy with how it went!

Well the first game was exciting and we were behind all game until going 5-4 up! They took the lead through Sanchez Watt on 31 minutes but we equalized right on half time as Brian Howard got his 1st right on half time the second half was mental, Watt putting them 2-1 up with his second off a corner,But just after the hour Paddy Madden equalized when put through one on one. But they scored 2 in 6 minutes and I thought that was game over Ibhere off a corner and Dunne with a very good strike. Brian Howard scored with a great finish to make it 4-3 with 12 minutes left. And with 8 minutes left we got a penalty when Eastman fouled Canavan off a long throw and Howard got his hat trick, And he put us ahead 2 minutes later Obeng's long throw was flicked on by Canavan and headed in by Howard and he got his 4th! But in an amazing game we couldn't hold on a terrible kick by McDermott going straight to Ibhere who scored his 2nd

Next we played very well in the JPT game just after the Colchester game! And again we played very well but this time we kept it shut defensively another master class by Howard 7 goals in 2 games! His 1st a fantastic finish across the keeper his 2nd poor keeping after being slipped in by Hemmings, and his 3rd a great cut back by Hemmings and he tapped into an empty net

Then we faced promotion rivals Crewe at home I was dissapointed not to win but a point each was fair we took a very early lead when guess who? Brian Howard played in Hemmings who finished well we stayed ahead until the 66th minute when Ehmer brought down Marquis and Moore just beat Taylor

it could have gone either way but it ended up in a point each.

Then we had Rotherham at home and we didn't actually play that well but Paddy Madden came off the bench and had a stormer coming on at 0-0 after 65 minutes he grabs an amazing 4 goals

his first he poked in, in front of the keeper from a Obeng cross then Winnall found him and he finished well into the corner his 3rd a penalty after he was brought down by Reid! And he got a 4th (our second player to score 4 in one game this month!) when Winnall played a fantastic ball over the top and he rounded the keeper and finished left footed

I went into the Walsall game expecting a win and things were going to plan when Tonge's corner was turned in by Ehmer from inside the 6 yard box and we went 2 up when their keeper tried to dribble out of the box Madden tackled him and tapped into an empty net a bad keeper error there but then they started playing really well and should have scored before the 70th minute but for heroics by Williams they would have done when Butler headed in from a corner it was no surprise and when I thought we might just hold on we conceded Esteban Lopez gave the ball away and then Canavan missed his header Williams threw himself in front of Mensahs shot but it fell for Mulholland who sided footed in

They were the better team but I was disappointed not to win from 2 goals up.

Finally we went away to Blackpool and it was a poor game we restricted them to 0 shots on target and defended very well and we took our chances, Winnall scored when Howard found him it was a great finish at the near post and Howard settled it scoring a penalty when Robinson brought down Madden!

Player of the month is ..... Brian Howard tough choice with Madden and Ehmer also playing fantastically well but Howard does deserve it fantastic bargain buy!

Well although we won most of our games I am dissapointed because we lost to Celtic when we really needed to win

they look a very very good team and on balance deserved it but Forster made an incredible save off Knudsen and Max smashed a shot against the bar

before Martial scored a header with 14 minutes left. We bounced back really well though winning all the rest of our games a very important win over Dundee United in the cup because after winning nothing last season we don't want to go 2 seasons without winning anything. Some thumping wins over Dunfermline,Livingston and Falkirk! And a great win away in Basel

Least we didn't get Celtic in the league cup semi final but still got a tough draw and we will more than likely get Celtic in the final if we get there.

It was a fantastic game today! Thought we played very well especially in the second half! First half we struggled and they deserved to go ahead although we should have defended it better

Killgallon got us back level right on half time when they gave away a stupid corner! At the start of the 2nd half we should have gone ahead Killgallon heading wide,Gestede having a shot saved and Conway should have scored when one on one

but they had the best chance Vardy somehow hitting the post when rounding Robinson and having an open net and Spurr headed an effort brilliantly off the line! Overall a point was fair

You have hes been very good so far! His 3 goals were excellent too a half volley off a corner, a 25 yard free kick and a great finish when one on one

An Ok 1st month! Played very well in the Motherwell and St Mirren games but we were crap against Hibs only hitting the target once

a great draw with Ac Milan away from home too but we struggled to get past Hamilton! Barton has looked very good
