Following the instructions exactly as described. The files downloaded should go in both folders 1700 and 1701 right? Anyways, when starting a new game the league names for Germany is still 1 division and so on, not Bundesliga.

I have exactly the same issue. Tried the second Bundesliga and there are still some names wrong (Berlin Köpenick for example).

Edit:
It's working, it's just an error in the first display, everything is properly displayed when picking any nation or club.
