This is great. How did you manage to load the fixtures in? It's been causing problems with removing transfer windows and squad numbers.

I went into your file and manually added some results and its worked in game, it's not really feasible to manually add it for full leagues though so would be good to be able to import somehow.

2. Is this the results and fixtures file or just the empty one? Does results and fixtures file work fine with advanced rules or still the same numbers and youth issue?

EDIT: I just tried to convert Italy results and fixtures to advanced, then test results but I get this error even though everywhere I checked Serie A is listed as division level 1:

Sorry I forgot to say that step. When I tried to do that I got the same error. Didn't matter what country either it was the same for all that I tried.

I've done some testing…

  1. New file > added nation rules, no other changes. Verify. Start new game = no squad numbers or transfer windows, weird youth cups). So it's not caused by the fixtures or results.
  2. Take the first file, convert to advanced rules. Verify. Start new game = everything seems to work as normal (squad no's, can choose nation and start date etc). - so basically without converting to advanced, nothing will work at all.
  3. I exported both files to xml and copied the fixtures & results from the first into the advanced file, reimported to the editor, verified and saved. The game loads fine, but ignores the fixtures and results completely.

If its on both it sounds like it could be a problem with the FM22 Editor, maybe the steps don't work the same as last year.

Very nice kits but their dimensions are 768x768,should be 1024x1024.
You need to copy different link on Mediafire, but I don't remember exact steps how to do it.

Cheers, good spot! updated the post.

Mate can you make other Holland clubs?

I've done PSV and also AZ for my current save but FM21 will be out soon with all of them made so probably won't do any more.

"The Football Association fines Sir Alex Ferguson £12,000 over comments he made about an official after Manchester United's Premier League game at Spurs."

I'm waiting for the 'The FA love United' 'Oh Fergie always gets away with it' comments again.

Yet again a Man Utd fan brings this up.

Ferguson should be banned for what he said... Shouldn't be able to go around saying the linesman wasn't doing his job!

By duckeggmoon | Permalink | On 20 January 2013 - 21:09 PM
No chance. I'd be surprised if he even got charged.

By chokosc | Permalink | On 20 January 2013 - 21:22 PM
Even if he had a bad game (I haven't seen it) a lot of the managers that mention it get charged. This won't be the first time Ferguson escapes any sort of punishment.

Fact.

By Number 1 | Permalink | On 20 January 2013 - 23:15 PM
Come on - he got away with coming within a few lines of punching the ref at the start of the 2nd half of the Man U-Newcastle game in December and got away with that. Like criticism of the lino is going to register on the FA's radar.

Yep definitely the only people who ever say that are Man United fans.

No I dont get it either, aside from the fact he can actually do it, the fullbacks provide a lot of width in a 4-2-3-1 anyway.

The fact he's got a great understanding with Cleverley and Rooney is important too.
By A Little Bit Of Merson Magic | Permalink | On 08 February 2013 - 17:34 PM
Yeah, the actual important part of the whole move (which if he had actually got his head up would have been a very simple pass). Same as the other gif, gets to the important part where you need that bit of quality, and falls over.

He's 23, composure and final ball will come with time. In one gif he had just sprinted from the edge of his own box and in the other from the half way line so was probably a bit tired which resulted in what it did.

But he's played well on the left so this thing you're banging on about is rubbish anyway. Against Tottenham and Liverpool he was fantastic.

Another example of his play on the wing (just messed up the cutback to Kagawa)

To be honest, it's unlikely two Arsenal fans will have watched as much Welbeck as United fans have so maybe that's why you have these doubts about him. I really think he's going to be absolutely class and he's already a realy good player considering his age.

I like Welbeck, but in an ideal world we need an out-and-out winger on the left hand side - I'd rather see someone like Oxlade-Chamberlain/ Lennon/ Young used there, as opposed to a striker played out of position. Welbeck works hard but doesn't strike me as particularly pacey or as someone who can take on full-backs and beat them in the same way that Walcott can. I think Welbeck's future with England should be as a striker but at the moment I'd probably favour Defoe or Sturridge over him.

All very good but you named 3 right footed players who will cut inside almost every time, therefore not traditional out and out wingers playing from the left.

Yeah he's not what you'd call a natural finisher like Owen for example but he's more than capable and has scored some cracking goals already. Erratic is a good word for him, but consistency will come as he gets older. His record for a player his age is fine, well above average.

I'm sticking in the Welbeck will be very good camp and I'm confident he'll prove me right.
