Pre-Season (23/24) Results

We had a good pre-season overall, helping us confirm a specific tactic and a group of starters for the season. As much as I tried to offload the top earners, I could not get offers for them and I did not really want to release them for free. The results were:

Introduction
Starting at AD Ceuta FC in the Primera Federacion - Group B (Spanish Federation First Division B). Currently I plan to get them promoted to Spanish First Division (LaLiga) as fast as possible, with an underlying rule that if and when we ever reach LaLiga, 50% of our squad should be of African origin.

Pre-Season (23/24)
I got signed for the job at the start of the 23/24 pre-season. With a £0 transfer budget and already spending £1319 p/w over our wage budget of £28,887 p/w, we need to handle the finances well. Friendlies scheduled by the board for the pre-season are:
- FC Nantes
- Tarragona
- Levante B
- Lugo
- Escobedo
- Alfaro

I am looking forward to assess the squad at hand by these friendlies and hopefully balance the books by the start of the league season. We are currently predicted to finish 9th in the league.
