League/Nation: England/Premiership

How have your matches gone so far? Poorly, I'm dominating possession and getting more shots and shots on target than my opponents, but missing many many many many sitters. The goalkeepers seem supernatural sometimes. I'm also really leaky at the back, I may only give up 5 or 6 shots, but almost all are on target and usually enough to in to ruin my day.
Who have you bought? None so far, just redone the backroom and scouting. I have first transfer window disabled for my save. I'm looking for a world class winger/inside forward in January and I've already lined up for a couple of wonderkids.
What tactics are you using? Started with a 4-2-3-1 possession tactic, and it worked well in preseason, but faired poorly in the league. I then tried the 3-4-1-2 LFC are using in real matches this game and went on a 5 match winning streak, almost 10 unbeaten, but had some injuries and now I can't get anything to work. I'm 12th in the league on December 3rd, and the board have just informed me that if I fail to beat Newcastle away this weekend I'll be sacked.

This is probably the most difficulty I've ever had in an FM save to date.
