When downloading the 26 update it only shows 4 downloaded files. Doesn't change any leagues or European qualification on my files. Anyone able to help

I'm downloading the fm26 update however it is not giving me updated leagues. I'm using a MAC and it only shows 4 files when download. Can anyone help
