Is it possible to move video files and copy them to other teams? Will they show in game?
Yes, but you must register these movements in the ads->fm file.

Is it possible to change the 3D view of the stadium? In particular, we are interested in adding corner stands. Or maybe somewhere in the game data there are all kinds of stadiums and you can change one template to another?
