A solid win in a game we dominated. We are making do with the injuries and the squad is able to cope with it. Had this been last season I don't think we would have. Good stuff.

Big milestone.

A big win away from home which saw us jump above Newcastle and into 6th place. We made the end a little tough for ourselves conceding a goal and having to absorb pressure. We were down to 10 men also because of an injury to Marcelinho.

Bad news for us is that Marcelinho is injured and is out for up to 5 weeks.



6 injuries and joint second for most injuries in the Premier League.

A monster win, took our chances, could really have scored more ... which led to this ...

Had to find a winger with having no one fit ... found this guy was available. Couldn't resist.

A loss against a side that has some world class players. We did well, unlucky to concede 3 but we played well.

This guy has been brought to my attention. Looks a good prospect but I will let future managers decide if we need him.

Scout rates him at 4.5* and would cost £8.5m

Put an offer on the table with a £10m release clause. I don't think he's that good for us but I have offered him the deal.

So this is probably the last singing I will be making this window. Think the squad has some great depth now, despite the injuries the quality is there.

So after pumping Villa 11-0 ... we faced a confident Arsenal. Over confident they were and they got a nasty shock from the Green Army. An even game which both sides had chances but we just took ours. Gorman had the ball in the net for a second goal but was judged to have committed a foul.

A big win. A game which we dominated and played some good football. Both signings came off the bench to make their club debuts also.

However Chinese midfielder Pan Pengfei has found himself injured and ruled out for 4 weeks. Squad coming to the bare bones.

This signing goes along to compliment Marshall and The Kuj. Have a back four that will develop into a very good one. Exciting times.

I agree, need another DM, Gardiner is injury probed at the best of times at Dow although a capable replacement is prone to the odd error. I forgot to add the other two guys I signed last night. Brought in the 36 year old Ben Foster to bring some experience to the mix and also the Chinese fella. Looking back I didn't want to spend anymore on my turn because Spanky and whoever might well find guys in Defence and now a DM that will would better us. I was keen to keep hold of Morrison but at they wanted over £4.5m and I think despite his good season with us, he's on a downward spiral.

I mix between two DMs and one, depending on how adventurous I feel. If we can just finish next season in the same area (preferably higher) and have a couple of cup runs then I am sure we will have more money without being in real debt. Still have the smallest stadium in the prem with a 12.5k seater stadium.

Future is looking bright and Green fellas.

So that's my 2 month stint. Will be sending to Spanky ASAP.

1-1 draw. We scraped a draw, we should have really lost but a valuable point has made sure we end up with a good league position and some money.



So we ended 13th in the league, not bad. Good place to build upon.

So what next? Well I will look for players to target. I feel we need to look at either signing Morrison at CB or look for a good replacement to him, he has been outstanding for us all season. I think we are struggling at RB and for cover at LB. Add to that a new first choice GK wouldn't go amiss, and possibly an Attacking Winger. It's a big shopping list but it's something we need to do to move forward.

Back home next season, last game is away to Newcastle.

So Premiership next season it is. Secured another win against Forest and boosting our league position in hope of money for Spanky to use wisely.
