We stopped accepting transfers for FM15 version once FM16 came out. So when you download the FM15 transfers ... it is for FM15 only. Download the FM16 Transfers only works for FM16.

When i start a new game, podolski is at Galatasaray but loaned to inter for 2 years. how is this possible? also großkreutz is seen as a pending transfer

This is for FM15 ... you can't use the download file for FM16 for FM15. We stopped accepting transfers for FM15 version once FM16 came out.

How to Submit a Transfer / Loan:

Follow these simple instructions to install our Football Manager Data Update.

Download the data update to your computer using the "Download Now" button
Extract the zip file to reveal a folder called "sortitoutsi.net Live Data Update"
Move ALL the contents from inside the zip folder and the folder that appears inside the zip to "Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2017/editor data/" (create the folder if it doesn't exist)
Start Football Manager and select "New Career Game"

Optional Step: If it's not working. When the "Choose Database" option pops up select "Custom" and then press the "Edit" button at the bottom and ensure that all the files named "(sortitoutsi.net Live Update)" are ticked.

Tips:

When possible make sure the transfer is confirmed by the club before submitting a deal.
Use trustworthy sources e.g. Football Club Websites BBC, Sky Sports, ESPN etc, no rumour websites or the Sky Sports Transfer Centre Live Feed for example.
Make sure that all files both inside the folder and outside of it go into the ‘Editor Data’ folder.
ALWAYS delete older files before installing newer ones.
Always look at the wages when you move players to small clubs, are their wages going to destroy the club in the long term?
When moving a player to another club if you don’t know the wages of the player moving, then leave it as what the Update gives, please don’t alter it unless in the situation above.

FAQ’s:

Q. Why has my transfer not been accepted yet?
A. Be patient, it will be looked at as soon as possible. The small Update team have lives outside of the site. Your patience is appreciated here.

Q. Why has my transfer been rejected?
A. This could be down to a few reasons: The transfer might not be completed yet. The source used for the transfer is unreliable. Transfer details are incorrect.

Q. When should a transfer deal be submitted and accepted?
A. Really as soon as the clubs confirm the deal, don’t submit the deals before they are confirmed. Makes it easier for our Update team if this is the case.

Q. What sources are acceptable?
A. Any of the football club websites, major sporting websites e.g. BBC, Sky Sports, ESPN etc. Twitter (from the player himself or the clubs accounts, not rumour websites).

Q. I am interested in helping out with approving of transfers, how can I help?
A. Send a message to the TheMinsterman expressing your interest.

Q. Some leagues are unplayable! Why?
A. Ensure that you delete all previous Live Update files. This will cause conflict. Another conflict is that you might be running another Transfer Update / League Expansion alongside ours. Sometimes this will cause certain leagues not to be playable.

Q. Why doesn’t this player appear?
A. Ensure you use the largest database size when starting a new game. A player might not appear because of his reputation also.

Q. Can this Update work alongside other transfer updates or league expansions?
A. We would advise against using this Live Update with another transfer update as it will cause a conflict. With some league expansions this will work well alongside (claassens for example), and with others will cause conflict. Using these is at the player’s discretion.

Q. I’ve moved the files but transfers don’t appear?
A. Ensure that you have opened up the ‘sortitoutsi.net Live Data Update’ from the .rar file and moved each individual folder into the ‘Editor Data’ folder. Also check that you are not using any other transfer updates.

Q. Does this work for FM15 / FM16 etc?
A. Sadly, this does not. Currently only works for FM17 version 17.3.2.

He is a free agent on the latest update ... are you using any other files other than our transfer update? Are you running a large database?

hi guys. i have problem. im using manunited. i have transfers budget so i want sign player. the problem is. i can make offer the player but no response for my offer from the club(they not reject or acc just no response) i look to transfer and its still make over but no response. even i wait 1 month in game. can u help me with this problem. thank you.

Sometimes this happens ...

So what you need to do is one of two things:

1. Resubmit a new bid.
2. Resubmit with a a transfer deadline for acceptance.

When loading up a game with the database, clubs don't have a transfer budget and I'm also unable to use the ingame editor. This is only when using this specific database. Any fix?

Pretty sure you were answered this question over Twitter last night, from what I saw.

Anyway ... when selecting leagues in the load up screen, ensure you have not selected disable transfer budget/ Clubs do have a transfer budgets in this update.

With the in-game editor, it is the same thing. Ensure you have it selected!
