Attendance is rising all the time, I am just hoping we will hit at least filling the stadium with 20k people on a regular basis. Stadium holds just over 29k. Seems a bit empty at times.

Due to the need to refresh the squad in certain places and with the academy beginning to churn out some quality youngsters, it was time to say goodbye to a defender who was part of our early and some late success. Was a rock but felt it was the right time to get rid.

So the next 'potential' job came up. Now this seems an odd move for some. Yet there are reason why I declared interest and applied for the job. To start off with last August when I was in Krakow I was lucky enough to go and watch Wisla play against Lech. Fantastic team and decided to adopt them as my second team. Secondly they have been taken over by a consortium who seemingly have pumped some money into the club. Definitely a deal breaker for me.
One problem, can't afford my release from my contract. It is therefore not a job for now, I bet in the next two seasons this job will role round again and if not for a larger club offer, there is no doubt I will apply and go and try and build some form of a dynasty in Poland. For now, my mind is set firmly with making Academica the best it possibly it can be. Defending the crown of champions of Europe.

DanW19 - Not a bad season but could have been better. Next season is about defending our domestic crown and also our Euro crown.
Shedender - All true but doesn't help when you think you can win it every season! Who's the bird in your sig?
Johno - Stick at the club for the foreseeable future. Enjoying my time here with Academica. Very few clubs I will move on from this club at the moment.
Rewarded with an extension to the current contract. Loving life here at the moment. Lot going for the club and hopefully will be able to build a solid foundation for the future.

How the table ended up. We suffered a defeat on the final day of the season to Porto ... bad times.
1-1 = Good enough for the Final ... can we win it on the second time of calling or choke at the last second ... stay tuned sports fans ...

Good lot of green's there. Played marvellous all season and Porto have not been able to live with us in the league. However the test of the Champions League is just around the corner. Atletico will be tough in the second leg with our slight advantage. Game on then.

Happy with another cup victory. Brilliant to carry on the legacy at the club. But in reality there is one trophy that is eluding us and that is the Champions League trophy.

Managed to tie down this long term target off the free agents market. Scouts rate him highly as do the coaching staff, there is potential there so it is up to us to get it out of him.

Still can't seem to beat Porto, they also knocked us out of one of the cups on penalties. Bad times. However made lightwork of the Champions League group and ended in second place.
Good gap of 5 points which we need to build on.

Transfer deal of the window for us. Spent a few bob on him but my best scouts tell me he is one of the next big things to come out of Portugal so went after him. Benfica were disappointed to lose him.

Sold our talisman, seen limited action in the last two years and an offer I couldn't refuse.
Put in a transfer request start of last season, saw no bids come in for him. He then throughout the season tried to come off it but I wasn't having any of it. Then managed to get a bid and off he went. Sad to see him go because on his day he was a world beater, but 9 times out of 10 he wouldn't produce.

They did win the League in the 2014-15 season but since that. Been on a decline, with them sacking managers right, left and center.
