Being a Gers fan it does pain me to see you doing so well , and I think a certain Gary Hooper might be due a come back to see if you can make him produce like he did before

I was half expecting you to be a Celtic fan because of your name. Thaught it was a play on the whole Zombination thing. He's on the transfer list at Norwich but wants over the odds wage. I'll try and get it lowered or get him on loan I think.

Up until the last 6 months I'd have agreed that he wasn't very good tactically. But recently he's proved me wrong. He's started to mix things up, only recently we've seen; three in midfield, diamond shaped and even a bit of asymmetry. Sure he's no Jose but he's improved massively.

As for the transfer side of things he's had no real authority. Just by looking at the team sheets you can tell the players he wanted to bring in. It's been Peter Lawell and John Park spearheading most of the deals. Just take the strikers we brought in during the summer they were that bad we needed another one in January. If we got the one Lennon wanted (Alfred Finnbogason) during the summer things might have gone a bit better in Europe.

I personally would love to see Malky Mackay, doing see it happening though Also seen Michael Laudrup's name mentioned but can't see that either.

Realistically I think Jackie McNamara is a good choice, done a great job at both Thistle and Dundee Utd and could bring some of those youngster with him.

It was only a matter of time before he left. No backing from the board and expect the next manager to be treated the same. An unfortunate situation that could deter a quality manager taking over.

My main worry is that its a sign of things to come i.e. Forster, van Dijk etc. leaving.

Great start to the season so far. Apart from the slip up against Killie, it was perfect. Easy qualification for the Champions League groups and even managed an Old Firm victory in the process.

We did it. Play-off spot secured.

It was a tense run in. Right to the final day to decide the champions. Our not so perfect form was enough to grasp 2nd place and just Sion stand in our way.
