Our good run of form continued, September has been the best month yet. Five clean sheets in-a-row including a win on the road in Europe. This takes our run to 46 games undefeated. I brought in Gael Kakuta on a free, he's been labeled as one of the best players of his generation being wasted at Chelsea. Hopefully he can do the business for me.

Just made a massive fee on a reserve player, he could have came on to be a bit-part player and I was receiving bids around £50k for him. He was worth just under £1m so I negotiated for £5m to see what happened. This is what happened. Oh and 20% of any profit, not that there will be but its nice to have.

We didn't make it easy on ourselves but we made it through to the group stages. Not as tough as last year but still at tough group at that, I'm aiming for 7 points minimum here maybe 10 if we can beat Anderlecht in both legs.

I made some big changes over the summer, a few first team faces left and were replaced. Hopefully the squad is now good enough to reach the last 16 of the Champions League or the Europa League quarters.

I got a very good budget to carry out my plans and reckon I could double it after players sales. I plan on making around 5 changes to the squad this year to try and progress further in Europe.

So this is how the team performed last year. At the back we were solid, conceding only 22 goals in the league. I'll be looking for more from Adam Matthews next season, especially in the assist department. The midfield was great, providing loads of assists and chipping in with a few goals too. There will be a few changes to the midfield next season as I look to bring in the type of players for my system.

Up front we had a wide range of options, everyone chipped in with a few goals. I'll need to trim this down for next season as I also have Tony Watt coming back from loan.

So I haven't had the best of starts, surprise surprise. We can score our fair share but keeping them out seems to be our downfall. We have both the 2nd highest scored and conceded in the league. Hopefully we can reduce the latter over the next few months and climb our way up the table.

We had a decent pre-season and I wasn't slow in getting rid of the deadwood and bringing in a couple more players. I'm still looking to get a few more in before the end of the window.

Well what a season. Undefeated in the league to make up for a disappointing time in both cups. We also reached the last 32 of the Europa League. We went behind in 5 games but managed to pull it back and either win or draw.

It was a good year for the Highland clubs as Ross County lifted the League Cup and Inverness lifted the Scottish Cup.

Great win in the CL, didn't even do that bad against Celtic. Usually when you face 'bigger' teams in that round I can hit double figures.

Ok, so they aren't exactly Hollands biggest club but they only managed a 14th place finish last year, my aim is to take them into Europe this year and win the league within 3 seasons. This is the early transfers. Had to ship some players out to free up wages as we were over the wage budget by £15k p/w. I sold a young goalkeeper to Dortmund to raise some funds and even managed to keep him for the season. There was one transfer already arranged before I signed.

Well its safe to say we didn't have the best of starts to the year, made a decent effort in March. Hopefully that boosts moral as my job is on the line AGAIN. The next match could decide it. Luckily its against Doncaster who sit below us.

A great start to 2014 domestically. We didn't conceded many and only dropped 2 points, there is a real chance of going the season undefeated. We bowed out of the Europa League to a very strong Napoli side.

When you look at the squad they are more than capable of avoiding relegation. I'm going to go back to basics for this and place quick attacking football.
