I have the same problem where only about a third of the kits show up, no matter what J League kits I use. Using this database: FM-Base or Download link

I couldn't find one with a plain Venezia logo, so I took one off of Wikipedia and used it in the game. All you have to do is rename it 1179.png and put it in the graphics folder. Here's the one I used, I think it's outdated now but it may work for you.



And the small logo, which I very lazily compressed down to the right size but made it look more squat.
