Ive used this for the second half of the season with Derby in the Championship and it made a huge difference to the season in the way the team performed and actually playing to there potential and as if the were reacting to the game plan !
I was using a similar tactic to this so the team were familiar with the set up but once they were fluid with it they were almost unbeatable I added team instructions to get stuck in and changed control to attacking although this might change now were in the Premiership !
I would say make the most of the position indicators on team selection to get the best from your squad , the only problem it caused was the first 11 played so well it meant the rest of the squad were complaining about not getting enough game time !

no no messages just goes back to the start ,theres no sign of it in steam ,i bought it through this site so its all ligit ill just wait and see if i get a code when the games released
