Unfortunately Brazilian club name fix doesn't seem to work for existing save games. For new games it's fine, but for old saves it's the same 3 letter names. I see you have been posting some instruction on editing a file to remove the hashtags, but this file doesn't seem to contain the Brazilian clubs, so doesn't help.
