Please I'd like to ask if there's any other way to pay for premium as paypal doesn't support my region(Nigeria) as I want to download the faces megapack. I have a mastercard (that's how I bought the game on steam). Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

As said, these are my folders (I'm using Windows Vista):

C:\Users\My Name\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2013\graphics
under the graphics folder:

backgrounds
flags
kits
logos
pictures
trophies

under pictures I've placed the faces and icons map from the megapack download
under logos I've placed all clubs/comps/confeds/default and nations folders with their content


You said you have a trophies folder in your graphics folder. were you able to map trophy pics to competitions? If yes, how?
