you could do that but there are Belorussian outside Belarus in Rusland, Poland and even Belgium. Not sure if they will join you, I kept my scout since he gave good advice and he cost very little.

@Dan. Actually the players that are doing the Travel across Europe can do this challenge too. I only don't know if I completely can follow the rules to use only people from the Brittish Island. Anyway it will be long before we finish all these countries.

Good job in Wales. Though job in Ireland now. Wages are almost double of the budget. Need to cut some dead wood here. Squad looks stable though. Good enough to get to the top this year. I think first is to high, but second is possible for sure. Good luck with it.

After Belarus was done I wanted to start immediately in Belgium. I quit my job and looked for vacant positions. I wanted to start at the lowest level since I feel best by that. It gives me time to get used to the country and I find it more fun to get from bottom to top than to win the top first and have to do the bottom afterwards. I filed in 4 job applications.

And after this I quit my job at Gorodeya to let the teams know I am free. And immediately without a turn I received this:

They must be desperate or they heard about my successes of course.

I think they must be desperate. Last place after the first period. With a team (lucky me) good enough to get promotion. I see it as my job to get one period and get promotion right away.

The transfer system in Belgium is a bit odd as I know now. in the first half of the season you can sign only free players. In the winter transfer you can sign players for higher leagues. And on the 1st of July you can sign players from your own league or from lower leagues. I signed a couple of talents to improve my squad for the second half of the season but all of them came after the season was finished. At least my squad is ready for next year

. The ones I signed for free are talented backups. With Akkermans (ST) and Janssen (RB) the best of them. They play in rotation from the start.

This players where all released before I came.

Already quite happy with the squad. Not completely balanced though. Must give me a good run to ensure playoffs and maybe promotion.

The first period was lost already. The second period we started good but with to many draws after the break and the loss against Tubize this one was lost too. The last period had to be mine. Dream on I said 4 losses and a draw where between me and promotion. Not even close.

After the start of the season the 8th spot wasn't even bad but it was less than I hoped for. Now I get my team together for the next season. Already signed 10 players for the next season and I let in total 21 players go to improve my team to get promotion.

Since I saw a few messages in the news I was reminded the team I used to have at Sturm Graz. Some of these great players are now world class. Here I post some screenies of them later in the game.

It has nothing to do with the challenge but I think the next time I have this couple of talented players together it must be in England, Spain or Germany.

Bought 11 players to strengthen my team. Khomko is my new goallie. Matveev, Branfilov, Kalachits in defence, Markov, Medvedev, Sitkov and Karasev on midfield and Mursalov a new striker. No central defenders since they didn't want to come and I couldn't find others.

I sold a lot of players. Most are dead wood as I call it. Almost no money in return for this crappy players.

My team is a lot better now, but still not brilliant. It's hard to find good central defenders that are Belarussian. No other nationalities are allowed here. The rest of the team is a lot better than standard and I just have to score more than the opposition.

Good season with only 3 losses and 4 draws in the competition.

Lost trophy is in the bag. Gonna leave Belarus now.

Solid difference with the 2nd placed team.

The longest stay of my career was in Gomel. The shortest stay in Gorodeya. I am happy with the goal difference and the win percentage untill now.

After this I directly quit my job here and left for Belgium. Next two updates are Job hunt in Belgium and a flash back to players that became really great after I sold them from my Sturm Graz management period.

Thanks for the comments. Back in bussiness indeed.

I started to bring in 15 players immediately since the squad needed some experience to save this season. Before the start of next season I brought in another 12 players.

I couldn't sell to many players and none of them for any money.

Some parts of my team are really good. But the gap in defence is a bit of a worry. Need to do something there next season. For people that follow my story there is a known name in Virril Vergeichik.He was my striker at Gomel that didn't score that well. Hope he will do at this level.

Some mixed results I had the last few months of this season. 6 wins, 4 draws and 4 losses. Nothing special except I am happy with the win against Slutsk.

Finished 11th. Also nothing special. Getting my team ready for next season was my mission this few months but I am not yet convinced my team is. I also got a lot of injuries.

After I left Gomel I started to tell the press that I wanted a few jobs to start some pressure on insecure management positions. First one was Gorodeya. I was still with Gomel at that moment and my board didn't mind so I decided to go on with that.

DSK was a second option. After that my board was not happy (see last post) and I left Gomel.

As said before on other careers this is a nice name and for that good to manage that team. What I learned in the years I do games of this series is that a name alone is not a good base to manage a team. I looked further than that and decided that the team was weak and there was almost no budget to improve this team. It will take years to improve this and to get promotion. In Belarus each year there promote 2 teams. Almost every year this are the same teams. Slutsk (it's a pity) is not one of them.

Gorodeya was already my first choice. They have a decent (not good) squad already and most important a budget that is sufficient for some improvements in Belarus.

On 16 August I received the expected message and accepted the job. As said before enough room in the wage budget and also some cash to bring in new players. I am happy accepting this job. This season is almost done and I can use that time to make a flying start next season.

After winning the title last season I had to win 2 more trophies with Gomel before I had to focus on the promotion.

My squad was almost perfect for Belarus. I just bought 4 more players. Matheus was already bought last season, but also on this report. I don't know why. He is my new striker. Baranets and Fedorov are new guys on the midfield. Paco is a rightback. These are all fresh talents to replace the older guys in the future. Redzovic I brought too as a back up. I only can't find his position anymore.

I loaded off lots of players for free and some guys on loan. At the end of the season my board decided to sell a lot of my new players below there real value. Only Pintinho and Kobozev are values I could agree with.

Two more centuries. Gomel is the longest club I stayed now and I played 100 matches already. Time flies....

BATE is my main concurrent on all fronts. First the title and now the Supercup against them. Was looking forward to this real challenge.

This was a very close game. The scores were 1-0, 1-1, 1-2, 2-2 and 3-2 for me! I had to work for every ball this match and battled to victory. Happy with this cup! After a few months I also played the cup final.

It was a long time 0-0 with some chances for both teams. Until I got my striker free in front of goal. Their defender got one thing to do and tackled me in the penalty box. He got red and we converted the penalty in a goal. After that it was easy and we scored another goal. Another trophie down in Belarus!

They call it the double and true it is a double. It felt like a triple although.

After that I hunted jobs in the First league to fullfill my last trophy in Belarus. The board was not happy with it so I resigned after two more matches.

Great season until I left. Only one loss and one draw.

Maybe to earlie to say but I dominated the league before I left.

I resigned and as I said before my board decided to sell a lot of good players. The core of the team was gone and I can tell u already since its not part of this challenge (and my post) they didn't win the league this year.

Congratz with the cup win! Good league ending too. I had a lot of draws too with Gomel in the season before I won Belarus. I am sure your players will perform better next year when they are used to you, your system and each other. This is very important in FM2013 and many times this effect is underestimated. Good luck next season.

I only have one tactic fella and that's the 4-2-3-1 formation that I always apply.

Same here only I always use 4-4-2 flat.

Nice squad you have. Home-grown can be trouble later in the leagues. Try to buy foreign players at 18 (or below) to make them homegrown for you when you need them. That's the way I used to do it in FM2012. Good luck with your career at Salisbury.

P.S. In the screenshots of the players there are no player names. I know the Turkish player must be Sinan Keskin you got from Ajax I think but further it's difficult to guess who is who.

Good run the last two months! Runner-up is getting near but still 7 points (and goaldifference) in only 5 matches is very hard.
