Not sure he will Dyrim. Dinamo is a hard nut to crack even for Dan. Think I will win some years here

Indeed 3th place would be difficult. 4th Place is more likely but also hard to achieve. Good luck with it.

Another try for the title. Last year was good but not good enough. http://db.tt/4mB6st5x Arthur is the fast striker I was looking for. And one good thing he is from Belarus. He played in Brazil somehow but I brought him back home to bring me the needed extra goals. Most of the other players I brought as back up since the other back ups where moaning or something. Three players where different. Hao Junmin is an experienced rightwinger and for the money I couldn't resist to bring him in. On my leftwing I brought Pintinho. Last season the leftwing was sometimes underperforming and I sold as I see it now the best leftwinger last year. Matheus I brought because my board sold Marcus Vinicius because the money was to high to resist. http://db.tt/e8TG8xLn I think the board wanted money back since I spend so much the last few years. The sold my striker as said, a leftwinger and my goallie that was now ready to start. He hadn't even played a game yet and was sold behind my back. I understand they did but was not happy with it. Most of the other players I didn't need and had to leave to lower my wage bill. http://db.tt/c5Wjz9Pl A great first half of the season. One loss and one draw against BATE and many goals from Arthur and Marcus Vinicius. It almost sounds like a Roman Comic or something. In Europe I lost my first leg to Panduri. It's not a goal but I didn't feel happy with it. http://db.tt/sUt7VwhR The second leg also lost and Europe was over for me. I also lost one matchto Naftan and Dinamo Minsk and one draw to BATE. http://db.tt/P5M82MAL So I had only one point less than BATE had last year in there perfect season. I guess mine was perfect too with a goal difference of plus 69 I was really happy. http://db.tt/AgxcxABF The high league is in the pocket and Arthur was the big man for me. One title down in Belarus and 3 to go. I am still in the cup. I missed it last year. Don't know why but it just didn't start. The cup run is different than the league. It starts in June and ends in May. I also qualified for the Supercup. http://db.tt/r6MpQm0i I almost forgot to post my squad that brought me the title. It is after all the transfers of last season.

Still in the lead. Good job. And you also had a hard time in Europe just like me with Gomel. Good luck after the winterbreak.

After the second place last year it tasted like more. With Bate and Dinamo Minsk I had two huge rivals for the title. The last one is in real a Rival and each match is hectic with lots of cards in it. http://db.tt/zKT8Uzhe My squad was getting pretty strong already but I felt like I needed some more. Mainly in the midfield I had to bring some experience. I found that in Sivakov. Had traveled a lot in Europe (Italy and Belgium) and was on his way back to his country of nature. With Marcus Vincius I found a diamond I guess. A great striker. Strong and scores a lot of goals. Pyatigoris is my new Goalkeeper. For Ly I can say the same as for Marcus Vincius but he is my new lead central in defence. Gabriel on Leftback and Wojchiekowski right on the midfield. In the winter break I also brought in Pedro Oldino. He is almost done with his career but he wanted to score some more goals for me. The other players are talented back-ups with grow potential. http://db.tt/cl3p6hyJ I also needed to unload some players. Not for much money. I also loaned my talented goallie to Partizan.http://db.tt/zgehxgfb To give you an idea my squad was like this after the transfers. Pedro Oldino is not on the screen. So I think I took it to early before he signed or to late after he retired. http://db.tt/q2wLgADs Happy with the first half of the season. Only 4 draws (and one in Euro), but I couldn't get grip to BATE this season. http://db.tt/BxgX9ylR Second half of the season was something worse but not much. Still couldn't beat BATE and lost once to Dinamo Minsk but with 4 losses and 4 draws it was not bad. http://db.tt/IcIRFQhU Only BATE was special this season. Unbeaten and 7 draws they were a real champion. If I had won 3 times from them I still was 1 point short to claim this title. http://db.tt/uOEahLfQ But again I was qualified for Europe. At one hand it feld like a lost year but on the other hand my team was stable. My topscorer Pedro Oldino is retiring and Marcus Vincius is ready to take his place. The only thing I really missed was a fast second striker who scores a lot of goals. This season only one striker scored for me and the other goals were from the wings and tall players at corners. Will invest in that next season.

Thanks for the comments Dan and Dyrim. Sure I can catch up with Shedender and (maybe) also with you Dan. England can be a long difficult country to win all promotions and trophies. I have to write some updates soon, but have trouble with internet connection now. I will write the updates as soon as its stable again.

It looks like some bug, how big is your reputation? I am glad you enjoyed the Czech leagues so much; can't wait to see your career there. GL with finding job in Denmark.

I doubt its a bug. Smaller clubs will look for managers with local reputation and not for managers with high reputation in other countries and some world reputation. The top clubs will look also to your European reputation. What do you think if Guardiola walks in to the office of Harkemase Boys and says he wants to be the new manager.

http://db.tt/MkPlNi1F Not strange that the former manager of Gomel got sacked. The results where bad the whole season but after the run of 5 losses the directors decided it was time for change. http://db.tt/jzm4uR3w I decided that the material I had at Gomel wasn't good enough to complete my final goals to win the title, the cup and the supercup. So I decided to bring in a complete new team of players. Only a few former players are still in the first 24 of my team. http://db.tt/ZzVhqMd9 For the other players I tried to find a (temporary) solution with a transfer or a loan.http://db.tt/sL0HVMn7 This is the squad I am working with now in a flat 4-4-2 system. I decided to keep things simple at this club. I changed a lot of players and didn't want to learn a complex system. http://db.tt/3ldylx11 Started with two matches against the teams in Minsk. I was very happy my team won right away. The second match was very lucky but I am happy with it. I am also happy with the run that is still running. No defeat ! I had 5 draws and was doing a good job I guess. http://db.tt/sZXXnBIF Another century done. Nothing important but still fun. http://db.tt/oadEHP6k I think the board didn't expect this was still possible this year. Until the lost 4 or 5 matches I even considered the title as possible. The other teams on the top Minsk, Bate, Brest where fooling around and lost points almost every week. http://db.tt/vl31E114 Very happy with the final league table and getting ready for the next season. I have a long break now until the end of March to get my team ready too.

I will remember that Dan. Thanks for the advice. In FMC everything is faster anyway so I can load more leagues easily.

http://db.tt/JMjK5s75 I promised to upload some statistics. You can see I have a very different approach than Dan.

http://db.tt/Gv2uLXCL With this message I ended in Austria and started in Belarus. Smorgon a club never heard of but that counts for the most clubs in Belarus. http://db.tt/HdxoNHrP Happy as I was I filled in some forms and waited for a reaction. http://db.tt/P2t3UsgD Didn't see that coming...... a club from the second division that has problems with winning and scoring laughs me after winning the double two times in Austria. Never mind I will find another job. http://db.tt/FdbgE24r http://db.tt/T5pUkgu2 I wasn't sitting still. No successes here yet. http://db.tt/KqI1eDu6 http://db.tt/GJRYJxcH Strange. This club is in the Higher league and they want me, where lower clubs don't want me. Never mind. This is a good club for me. I start at the top and later I will get the promotion I need to finish this country. So Gomel it is. http://db.tt/MnrHxokI Just a quick look at the squad to see what need to be done. I have 15 days in the transfer period left to do some improvements. http://db.tt/evZGtiM9 This squad needs a complete reshape. I guess I am happy with 5 players or something. And one player I like is leaving for free in a few months. I consider taking a big risk. Do I change almost all the players or do I stick with this squad. In both ways I can have troubles. If I stick with this squad I get the same results that brought this team close to relegation (10th place). If I change all the players they need matches to get used with each other and of course with my system. This can cost me points too. Lots of thinking to do for me .

Finished in Austria I am, but it came totaly unexpected to me. The league in Belarus has to be loaded in februari to receive a job application and at that point I was still more than 10 points behind Rapid Wien on the league table. So I didn't load Belarus yet. A said before I decided to stay with Sturm Graz for one more year. http://db.tt/VVU49UeZ So I accepted this offer. http://db.tt/GEfPCEW7 Strasser and Suarez are there to strengthen my midfield, Molinaro is an experienced leftback, Guiberti is experienced on the rightwing, Dzyuba is an experienced striker and two talented defenders to refresh my squad Mancini and Kovacevic. http://db.tt/XM5taVlw Again I sold a lot of players to strenghten my squad and to refresh the age of my players. I got some good offers for Bodul, Janssen and Montana. Bodul and Janssen weren't first choice anymore and Montana was a good offer with Guiberti as a free signing to replace him. My top transfer was at the end of the season Erivaldo for 11.000.000. Simply couldn't refuse that offer. http://db.tt/iXvmnJch After the transfers my squad was looking like this. I am happy with it. http://db.tt/D0MToL0H CL was simply amazing this year. I don't know much about Israel soccer but didn't see the 5-0 and 9-0 wins coming. It was simply a goal galore. After that I won from Kopenhagen and qualified for the group stage. The group was easy with ManU, Schalke and Sporting as other teams. I was lucky to make a draw in this group. Still it was a good experience for my team. In the league I had decent results too. I had a busy program and some draws and losses after CL matches but with 3 losses and 2 draws I was top of the league and still in the cup. http://db.tt/kTfiFJTf In second half of the season I had 5 draws and 2 losses. My season was just as good as last season but with less pressure. Rapid Wien couldn't keep pace with me this year. http://db.tt/G92g0ctY So I won the league with quite a big gap to Austria and RBS. Rapid wasn't even qualified for Europe. http://db.tt/HcQuz7al A double double for Sturm Graz ! (Don't know if this term is correct but it sounds got to me) Altough it was not part of the challenge it was not a complete lost year. http://db.tt/7Yri5Lja Didn't I do anything in Belarus this year? Well not active but I decided to put some pressure on the trainer of Smorgon. http://db.tt/F3DwQv5c The board wanted me to stay. Of course after winning al this silverware. http://db.tt/E3PmseSi After this season this are the all time best players at Graz. Good to see I brought 7 of the first eleven players to the club. They won't forgot me soon here. http://db.tt/SOVCntfE http://db.tt/yoJuBlvK Some messages I received after this season. (sorry for bragging) http://db.tt/h3cUmKOE Due to my CL run and the sale of Erivaldo I brought Graz back in black figures before I left the club. Finally there came this message : http://db.tt/Gv2uLXCL Finally a job availabe in Belarus. Not a great job but I wanted to start somewhere. http://db.tt/zivmeyOq I decided to leave the club 22.07.2017 to start a new job.

http://db.tt/kW4xQflw This are my results at the end of my job in Austria. I will look for the other screenshot too with more information about my stay in Austria. Happy with the win percentage. More happy with the goal difference. For every goal I concede I scored two goals.

This was it for Austria and for now. My next update will be short about the job hunt in Belarus. Thanks for reading !

Good luck with your Pentagon Challenge.

A keeper is most welcome and I think a rightback is welcome too. Midfield could be stronger, but that depends ons the system you will be playing. DMC is good and AMC also reasonable and the wingers are not bad either. Can't see the potential of the players but it can be good enough.

nice story so far mate, you already have chalked off Austria. Are there any good jobs available in Belarus?

To bad there are no jobs available now. I will start in Belarus but it will take a year to find a job there. I will tell more in my next update.

Good luck in Belarus! what a fantastic season you just strung together!

Thanks again Dan!
