pes 20 ads will not work in fm19 or 20 you have been told by tv_capper fm19 ad board patch page so stop asking

how's this done?

go to your skin folder then into panel folder then human folder and add this file to it if its not there you have to start a new save for it to work

Why are my video adboards are black?
This issue here is down to what I believe is a bug in the game. In FM17 when clubs had no video adboards assigned to them they loaded static adboards into the video adboards slots instead, for some reason FM18 is not doing this and just displays dead video adboards, the below image shows the difference between FM17 & FM18

Any solution on FM 19?
