well, mine working fine...do remove SSKCC and North Ameria 13/14 pack..and go get download SSKCC 2.5.8 and North America 13/14 pack then open FM14, do reload skin then start a game.

I'll just add that Mexico's third kit does not show for me either.

The image file itself is definitely in the folder, just doesn't appear in-game.
