#76925 SS' Fantasy Kits Request Thread (NO REAL KITS)
DrizzyDan_9
Macron make the kits, the home to be a dundee blue, third kit to be orange like this years kit. Away kit? Toying with a green or a pale yellow like the ones linked below.
Sponsor - Bet Victor http://www.larryeeles.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/Bet-Victor.jpg
Third Kit - http://t0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRLRn52sQ8LKxP7VZOl17oKvgNYXSlR0MvlbFYSuAcgTOL_fTsExA
Away Kit possibly - http://www.mfcshop.co.uk/images/prod_653.jpg
Specifics like piping etc is free reign, and I'm open to any ideas at all when it comes to the designs if you feel like tweaking. If the away kit colour doesnt work, maybe a green or red and black? Only thing I will add is I can't stand the kit designs this year! Leeds old training tops I've heard so pay no attention to this years home and away kits lol!

LIONS SHORTLIST
Sky Sources believe that the shortlist for the Millwall job have been whittled down to 5 contenders. Current Burnley boss Sean Dyche, former Lions manager Dennis Wise, former Lions player Marc Bircham, Owen Coyle and current ITV pundit Roy Keane. All 5 have been invited to the Den for interviews which will be conducted later this week.

MILLWALL OLD BOYS IN THE FRAME
Millwall's former Assistant Manager Ray Wilkins has today declared his interest in the vacant post at The New Den; And he believes the man he worked under, former Lions manager Dennis Wise, could be one of the people who may be joining him in applying.
"I'd definitely have to consider it. In terms of recent places for me, Millwall is right up there with Chelsea. I was with Dennis for a couple of years and we were a tight knit group down The Den, we had a cracking bunch of lads and we had some success too. Obviously the cup final was a high, but we had lows too. I know Dennis has regrets over our departures, so you could say he might have unfinished business with the club. But I feel like I do aswell, theres definitely a case of 'What If' that lies in my head when it comes to me and Millwall."
Wilkins is seen as rank outsider with most bookmakers, whereas Wise has surged into the running, now up there with former Lion Marc Bircham who is the current favourite. However, Neil Warnock has distanced himself from the post, confirming that he has for now, no intentions of going back into management.

NO RUSH - AMBLER
After the shock departure of Kenny Jackett this week, the club are in no rush to appoint a successor according to Millwall Chief Executive, Andy Ambler.
"Kenny has left the club in a far more stable condition than it had been left in when we arrived, whoever is coming in has the full backing of the chairman, a stable championship playing squad and a top quality infrastructure. It's down to Kenny that we're at the point we are that, and we're not about to ruin all that by rushing through this process. This is a very important appointment, and one we must get right."
Latest odds on SKYBet have former Millwall player Marc Bircham an unlikely favorite at 1/4 on, whilst other names in the frame include Eddie Howe, Neil Warnock, Sean Dyche and Gary Waddock. It's expected that a concrete shortlist will begin to take shape in the coming days.

JACKETT RESIGNS
The 51-year-old had been in charge of the Lions since November 2007.
"After almost six seasons I personally feel the time is right for a new challenge, and also for a new manager to come into Millwall with fresh ideas," he said.
"I would like to thank the chairman, the board of directors, players, staff and supporters for their backing."
A statement on the Millwall website said the board of directors had accepted Jackett's resignation "with reluctance".
"I want to express my thanks to Kenny for his fantastic service and achievements over the past five and a half years," Millwall chairman John Berylson said.
"He has played a major role in creating a stable environment at Millwall which hadn't been the case prior to his arrival.
"Whilst respecting Kenny's decision, I wish I could have persuaded him to change his mind. We are now determined to move the club forward and build on the foundations Kenny has provided towards even greater success."
