The library folder is hidden by default. Open up a finder window and press Shift+cmd+G, in the dialogue box enter '~/Library/' and follow the following path. 

USERNAME \ Library \ Application Support \ Steam \ SteamApps \ Common \ Football Manager 2013 \ Data \ db \ 1300

says '~/Library/' cannot be found

can't find steam folder in application support on MAC OS LION
