Do you do requests for custom teams, or only real teams?

Are these not supposed to be accurate, and more fantasy? Because the New Zealand league is completely wrong (there are 20 teams when there should be 8).

How would I go about editing the A-League's rules so that the Wellington Phoenix can qualify for the AFC Champions League (currently they are "excluded"? I've looked through the advanced editor for the A-League and can find nothing about continental qualification, and i'm not sure how to get the advanced editor working for "Add Club Continental Rules.
