In steam. Go to Library>>>>>Tools, and look for Football Manager 2018 Resource Archiver.

It lets you unpack the FMF files that SI use to archive much of their graphics with.

The archiver will let you select FMF files and unpack them to wherever you want. Then you should be able to make the changes you want and repack the files into an FMF file.

I followed this on the SI forum. I worried it wouldn't get released lol. Looks awesome, very good work. Can't wait for release
