He is on loan but I believe it is a permanent move. He will finish the contract at the end of the season with Rijeka so, it's possible that the loan clause is a permanent move.

Another data file that you use may cause this error.
We don't have any data change related to Negredo and Besiktas.
Also you don't have to terminate his loan at M'boro. 'Remove Loans' file of our data update exactly does the work.
