In case you don't know, I found out how to get club and competition logos with decent resolution from fifa.com>
1. Open association page, lets say Cameroon>
http://www.fifa.com/world-match-centre/nationalleagues/nationalleague=cameroon-elite-one-2000000062/matches/calendar.html
2. click National league -> Fixtures and Results or Standings.
3. Get an image url of a club you need, e.g. for Les Astres de Douala you'll get this url>
http://www.fifa.com/mm/teams/2147483376/2147483376x3.png
4. change x3 to x6>
http://www.fifa.com/mm/teams/2147483376/2147483376x6.png
You can do it with competition logos too>
http://www.fifa.com/mm/competitionslogo/2000000062/2000000062x6.png

btw, you can do something similar for austrian logos at fussballoesterreich.at>
Lets say this 6th division team >
