Rob, that was what Paypal told me over the phone.

Is there any other way i can pay for the subscription? A Paypal invoice via email or something?

Hi Rob.

I sent you a private message on 2 Jan 2014 but have not received any reply. Hence, i am posting my enquiry here.

I am from Singapore and trying to subscribe to the Sortitoutsi premium account service. However Paypal keeps giving me the error "insufficient funds" despite my Paypal balance and credit card in good order. I have called Paypal and was told that my account is fine, the issue lies in Sortitoutsi settings not to accept Paypal payment from Singapore.

Please advise. Thanks.
