Not 100% sure if this is the right place to submit changes to the Data Update, but here goes:

KFC Mandel-United was taken over by Strive Football Group.

Hello,

I noticed that promoted & relegated clubs in the Belgium Pro League aren't updated yet. Lokeren is still in 1st division while Mechelen is still in 2nd (needs to be the other way round).
