I paid to get access to the mega-packs, that year, nothing else. No automatic yearly subscription renewal. I guess it's my own fault for not reading everything, but still I ask for an act of kindness and return my money

I can't find any contact information, besides [email protected]. I wrote twice, but still no reply. Thing is, I had no idea I had a subscription going on at sortitoutsi.com. What am I paying for, and is it possible to get a refund? Those money was supposed to be spend on something else.
