Check your current view in tactics window.

 

Make sure one of your columns is

 

Overal Physical Condition/Match Sharpness

 

This should do the trick…

 

I had that overall physical and match sharpness but still heart symbol and thumb.
at Squad windows there is percentage symbol but not at tactical windows

just wanna ask why i cant see % match sharpness and condition on tactical windows ? just heart and thumb.
