I used this formation with Valencia .Without making any transfers I kept the team alive .See where is Los Chules now .Almost ready for Segunda Division ,very few games are good and no work at all .This team in my hands is 2nd in primera ,4 points infront Barcelona and has secure a spot in q.final of Copa del Rey and a qualification in the top 16 of Champions League.

First of all this tactic can be easily modified and it can become very attacking as well .To be honest this module is neutral .Not defensive or attacking .Its very flexible and it can be adapted easily to any opponent and you can also modify tactic's mentality during the match .

Yes, 3-5-2 is the main reason for remaining unbeaten till November. Tight axes, compact lines and very limited spaces for the opponent. In the defense, Chiellini, Barzagli and Bonucci help each other ideally helping Juve to be solid and tight and all of us were starting to remember the good old days of Chiellini and Juve's past. After all, when Juve has a good team, is never losing the Scudetto.

Currently I use this formation with Tottenham and I have just one defeat in 26 games and I am second in the Premier League with just 4 points difference from leaders Man Utd.
