What about pre-match briefing etc?

I usually do the pre-match technical meeting myself and press the first 2 options. Before the match I always do positive motivating speeches with passionate and I expect a win option.

Hard to say, cause it was simulation. But after a month of senseless attempts of building any tactic, I believe that the whole problem is game engine. It defies logic. And there are a lot of complains on SI forum. So we should wait for a 19.2 update (better for 19.3 but it means early spring).

I think I know the problem.

I started a game late season from the 4th match and i got 5 defeats and 1 draws. I was like "this is impossible". Then I realized that the problem was the tactical familiarity. Then I restarted again and this time set the familiarity 100 with the editor and i got 5 wins and 1 defeat only from Bayern.

i would recommend that you start very early preseason and have 6-7 friendly matches to increase tactical familiarity as much as possible.

You have a point about the match engine. In my Milan game I have 30 shots but I fail to score 2 in some games.I will try tonight with gladbach tonigjt when I get back home.

Checked on simulation with Gladbach. Fired after half-season (W5 D5 L6), 11th at the Bundesliga.

Thanks for your feedback. Never tried it in Bundesliga. What do you think was the problem? I think t is neccesarry to dicuuss the details for fixing it.
