I can't start a new game of Football Manager. I go to start new game. I select my leagues. It then loads to create manager. It either says Quit to Start Screen. Or Discard and exit. I can't advance on.

Won first Prem game away against Tottenham 2-1. Also through to play offs of Euro League. I'm trying to offload a few but no bids so far. Have a massive midfield.
