That's the thing, if they delay it then it'll probably overlap next season's depending on when it starts.
Everything up in the air anyway. We'll not know a thing until at least end of July/August.

FARKE TO REMAIN AT CARROW ROAD
July 12th 2020
NORWICH CITY can confirm that German manager Daniel Farke will remain as manager at Carrow Road despite the club’s perceived lucky reprieve from the previous season which was eventually voided due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Daniel Farke’s contract was extended to June 2022 in March 2019 (our record-breaking season in the Championship) and the board wish to continue supporting the man that brought the club back to the Premier League.
The club wish him, his staff and the players the best of luck over the course of the forthcoming season and believe the Canaries are well equipped to stay up and also entertain the home fans too with their fast paced football.

Premier League Statement
April 3rd 2020
Following the latest guidelines put in place by the UK Government the Premier League has come to the conclusion that the 2019/20 season will be voided immediately. The Premier League can also confirm that neither of the 20 Premier League teams that have taken part will be declared as Champions, gain European competition or be relegated.
This comes following talks with other football governing bodies around Europe who will also be taking the same course of action. The 2020/21 season will be put on hold until the global pandemic of the virus COVID-19 (Coronavirus) has come to pass.
The 2020/21 season will be the 2019/20 season refreshed. UEFA will later confirm that the teams who began their UEFA Champions League & UEFA Europa League campaigns this season will be reinstated for the next European season.
We would like to express our thanks to the English Football Association and all 92 representatives of the Football League who have come together to make this unprecedented decision. More details will be available over the coming weeks.

United's return leg with Brugge tonight. Think we'll need some more Fernandes magic if we're to progress. We were awful in the first leg so hopefully much better tonight or it's just back to fighting for the top 4.

~ MINOR UPDATE ~
Was hoping to make this a story but I just haven't had the time due to work commitments however I have been playing the game whenever I've found the time. I've updated the career section with the first two seasons if you'd like to take a look, it includes a few photos.
I'm actually at the tail end of the 6th season and I am indeed still at Hanworth Villa. I'll do some big seasonal updates over the weekend to bring you all up to date and will probably write a very long novel-like post to share what's happened so far. I'll go through what we've won, what we've lost, who we've signed, who's doing well, who didn't do so well. There's so much to tell that it could take at least an hour for me to write it. I'll make sure it's enjoyable that's for sure.
It's been my favourite Football Manager save of all time and long may it continue!
Cheers all!

SEASON 2019/20
HANWORTH VILLA
THE NON-LEAGUE VILLAINS
~ PRE SEASON UPDATE ~
Where to begin? I think I'll begin with the troubles I've had trying to recruit some staff. I very rarely take control of the friendly matches in Football Manager, I prefer the assistant manager to take care of that to help speed things up. However, I searched for an assistant manager and tried to negotiate contracts with at least 30 of them, all of whom had no reputation whatsoever.
The result? They wouldn't even talk to me. What can I do I thought? I'll place an advert. So I did, for an assistant manager, U23's & U18's manager. It's been 5 weeks and as you can see below it looks like I'm taking the reigns of everything myself.
So that's what I'm going to have to do. I've already set up training regimes even though the players only train once a week, being part time and all that. I of course as you would of guessed had to play through all the friendlies but it turned out to be a blessing as I discovered where we need some extra quality.
I tried to negotiate with players but had no luck with that either. Thankfully every week a news item came along with players wanting to join us. I ended up taking on 4 new players via this and filled up most of the squad with promising players (with certain attributes for their position I need to be at least in the 7's & 8's ) from the U23's & U18's.
We did lose Sid Kerr who decided to move on to Gateshead which was a big loss. A young DM with very impressive attributes. I hope we meet him again one day and show him what he's missing at the Villa!
Right, lets go through the friendlies.
We played a total of eight, winning four and losing four but we looked good. The first game was against our U23's (I of course, with no staff, had to manage both sides), we went 1-0 up but the kids came back and won with two worldies. It was watching this match that made me think a few of them could already do a job in the first team so promoted they were.
We then lost to Hendon 3-1 then went on a winning streak by defeating Barking, K Sports & Shoreham all by the odd goal. We then squeezed in a win away to Rayners Lane sandwiched in between two losses to Amersham and Dorking.
We only failed to score in our final outing so we've shown we can find the net. On the other hand we only kept the one clean sheet. We did have a friendly planned away at Wigan Athletic but I ended up cancelling it as I didn't want to damage any confidence if we took a hammering which is what I was expecting.
Something that I saw come up that I thought you may find interesting is that Steve Sidwell. Yes, Steve Sidwell, former Reading, Chelsea, Fulham, Villa, Stoke & Brighton midfielder. Well he's only gone and become the manager of Banstead the mad ginger bastard that he is.
The next update will be the months of August & September where we'll take a look at either how well we're doing or how excruciatingly bad we've done. The FA Cup adventure also begins where we play at home to Sporting Bengal in the extra preliminary round.
Up the Villains!

HANWORTH VILLA APPOINT TARRANT
01 Jul 19 – The committee are pleased to announce the appointment of Jamie Tarrant as manager of our 1st team, with a future remit to further develop youth football at Rectory Meadow.
Jamie brings with him his management team of Sam Hilsum and Jason Brown. Sam will be Jamie's right hand man in managing the team and Jason will assist with coaching as well as giving his advice on team matters.
As a youngster Jamie was a talented football player. He was identified at a young age and was picked up by QPR, where he spent 6 years before being released. Jamie was selected to play for Middlesex County, he went on to captain the team, where he played alongside the likes of Peter Crouch, Stephen Reid and Sam Parkin.
After dropping out of the academy set up Jamie spent some time playing Non League football, making appearances for both Yeading and Staines Town under Steve Cordrey, before deciding to concentrate on developing his CAD business.
All of the boys have a very clear vision of how they believe football should be played and are very keen to introduce their methods to our sides. Our new management team are hoping to raise expectations at the club and are looking for promotion in the first season.
Welcome to the Ranch boys.
SEASON 2019/20
HANWORTH VILLA
THE NON-LEAGUE VILLAINS
So I've decided to take on my biggest challenge in Football Manager ever. Starting as far down as the Combined Counties League Premier Division with Hanworth Villa who play just 3 minutes away from the door of my house. The aim? Well they've never won a trophy and that's motivation enough.
By the way, this won't be a story-based career as the above suggests. Maybe when something good or horribly bad happens I might do a few news based posts to add some drama or whatever you'd like to call it!
We're 4th favourites to go up at odds of 2/1 which is quite nice. I've so far noticed that we have only 14 players in the first team squad so the first act of business will be to crack on and sort out if any of them are any good and then proceed to recruit 11 extra players as I prefer to have a squad of 23 with all positions covered with back up. A few of them must be quite versatile also and they can sometimes be hard to find.
I'll be setting up a lot of friendlies too so whichever tactic I decide to go with they familiarise with quickly. We have seven set up so far but I'd prefer an extra three of four. Anyway, time to get to it. Up the Villains and all that!
