have had some scouts working for nearly 2 years roaming an region without turning up a single search result. I began hunting for minimum 4 star potential OR ability and max age 21, from scouts with at least CA/PA 17 attributes, but even reducing the search parameters to simply 3 stars returned no results. Any similar problems, or is it just some setting I've messed up? cheers for any help
